Alejandro Rueda
Alejandro has an extensive track record in the fields of energy efficiency, renewable energy and energy transition. He has led projects and operations across Latin America, including the launch of ENEL X in Argentina and heading the Energy Department of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, where he promoted public programs, recycling initiatives and socio-environmental projects.
His career in sustainability began as a Business Development Manager at MGM International and MGM Innova, developing solutions to combat climate change in the region.
He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from CEMA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Salvador.
María Laura is an Environmental Engineer, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Argentina, with a postgraduate specialization in Renewable Energy.
She began her career in IBM, in the environmental sector, playing a key role in energy efficiency projects, recycling programs, and waste management.
She went on to join Enel X Argentina as Product Manager for a consumption management platform, and later took on the role of Energy Management Consultant, leading consulting services focused on optimizing the energy performance of organizations.

Maria Laura Serafica

Marcela Rodriguez Ponti
Marcela has a strong background in industrial design, data analysis and quality assurance. Her profile combines technical expertise with management skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in interdisciplinary work within corporate and independent consulting environments.
With experience as a Data Analyst at CONABIP, she participated in system analysis, requirements gathering, and the implementation of IT projects, as well as researching new methodologies for continuous improvement.
She holds a degree in Industrial Design from the University of Buenos Aires and a Diploma in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from the National University of San Martín, with a specialization in Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
Gautam is an engineer, graduated from the University of London, and holds a doctorate from Princeton University, where he worked as a researcher in energy efficiency starting in 1976. He later served as a professor at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
He has been working in climate change mitigation since 1992, serving as Scientific Advisor to the Global Environment Facility (GEF), co-authoring several reports for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), and participating in the Nobel Peace Prize awarded to the organization in 2007.
Since 2002, he has collaborated with MGM International, MGM Innova, FReMCo, and other international companies focused on climate change mitigation, concentrating on the development of carbon credit projects and the creation of methodologies for project evaluation across virtually all sectors.

Gautam Dutt

Tomas Rodriguez
Tomás has experience in technology operations, technical support, and teaching, combining practical skills with academic knowledge in technology.
He worked as an IT Support Technician at Teleperformance, providing assistance to users of Internet and television services, managing billing systems, and advising on the sale of additional services.
He is currently studying Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and has completed web development and Front End courses at ITBA Universidad and Digital House, gaining skills in Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Figma, and full stack web development. He has knowledge of hardware, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and various technological tools, with a profile focused on technology and problem-solving.
