Alejandro Rueda CEO & Fundador

The experience in leading sustainable initiatives is highlighted by a pivotal role in the launch and development of ENEL X in Argentina from 2018 to 2023. During this period, there was an expansion of the company into energy efficiency and renewable energy markets.
Before the position at ENEL X, Alejandro served as the Director of the Energy Department for the government of Buenos Aires, implementing energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. The commitment to sustainable development extends to overseeing social and environmental projects in collaboration with NGOs and universities, particularly in low-income neighborhoods.
With a career spanning since 2007, leadership in environmental and climate change issues has been demonstrated, also excelling in commercial development, business strategies, and sustainable project financing. He earned a Master's in Finance from the Center for Macroeconomic Studies (CEMA), complementing studies in Business Administration at the University of Salvador.

Maria Laura Serafica
Co-founder & Business Developer

Environmental Engineer graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina with a postgraduate degree in Renewable Energies. Maria Laura's career began in the environmental sector, playing a crucial role in addressing energy efficiency projects, recycling programs, and waste management. Discovering a true calling for energy efficiency and renewable energies, Maria Laura joined Enel X Argentina as a Product Manager for a consumption management platform and later assumed the role of Energy Management Consultant, leading energy consultations.

Javier Goglino Senior Energy Director

With over four years at Enel X Argentina as a Senior Energy Solutions Engineer, Javier has lead key projects regarding energy efficiency and renewable energy, distributed generation, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Experience spans from software development and embedded systems to deep knowledge of regulations and technologies in the energy generation sector.
Javier has held prominent technical roles in leading companies, transitioning from technology startups in the United States to managerial positions in the financial industry in Latin America. Throughout his career, the ability to lead teams and manage complex projects has always been focused on the technical realm, demonstrating exceptional skill in implementing and developing innovative technological solutions.
In addition, Javier has a solid academic background, holding a Master's in Renewable Energies from the National University of Salta and a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires. Contributions extend beyond the workplace, having published articles in renowned journals.

Gautam Dutt Climate Change advisor

An engineer graduated from the University of London and with a Ph.D. from Princeton University, where he later researched energy efficiency topics since 1976. He then taught at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he supervised the Master's thesis of Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, who, in addition to her research in energy engineering, was elected Mayor of Mexico City in 2018. Gautam has been working on climate change mitigation since 1992, including serving as a Scientific Advisor to the Global Environment Facility (GEF), co-authoring several reports of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), and sharing the Nobel Peace Prize that this organization received in 2007. Since 2002, he has collaborated with MGM International, MGM Innova, FReMCo, and other international companies on climate change mitigation. His focus has been on developing projects leading to carbon credits. He was the author of many methodologies for project evaluation in almost all sectors.
Between 2005 and 2013, Dutt was the editor-in-chief of the journal Energy for Sustainable Development.

Mariano Balparda Advisor

Led a ten-year environmental remediation project for the Environmental Management Department of YPF S.A. He served as a Cooperation Agent for South Pole Carbon and held the position of Global Administration Manager at MGM Innova. Additionally, Mariano worked in various national and international companies in roles related to Administration, Finance, and Foreign Trade. Mariano holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Salvador and a Postgraduate degree in E-commerce from the University of Palermo.

Luz Ledesma Environmental advisor

Bachelor of Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, Diploma in Integrated Management of Urban Solid Waste from the Association of Solid Waste and Specialist in Metropolitan Environmental Management from the Faculty of Architecture and Design of UBA.
She wa Sub-Manager of Green Points, Manager of Universal Generation Special Waste, and Manager of Circular Economy in the Government of the City of Buenos Aires for over 10 years. Currently, she works as a Project Manager in Circular Economy.
She has extensive experience in designing and implementing environmental management strategies and cultural change campaigns.

Tomas Rodriguez Technology Operations Intern

Industrial Engineering student at the National Technological University, committed to the environment and passionate about energy and process efficiency. He was awarded a scholarship at the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology, in its intensive Full Stack Developer program, where he developed skills in project management within web development teams, and programming in Python and JavaScript.
